
Eka pada uthanasan and dwipada uthanasan are very suitable yoga positions for reducing belly and thighs fat.
Lay down on ground in your back. Move one leg upwards and get straight by 90 degree. Release after a moment. then Do with other leg. Do it for 30 or 40 times. Then lift both legs and release after moment. By doing this exercise your fat stomach will disappear within 3 months.
